Never heard of the grand Ville. Growing up my dad had an oldsmobile convertible. It reminds me of it.

From 73-75, the only Pontiac convertible was the Grand Ville. I *think* there was a Grand Ville 4 door and 2 door hardtop, but even as a kid, I recall that most Grand Villes I saw were the convertible—

Very similar to Olds full-sized of the period - cars essentially badge engineered.

Not really that rare. It was basically an upscale Bonneville.
